The Westlake Neighborhood Pedestrian Safety Project is funded through the Federal Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Program. This project will improve pedestrian routes in the Westlake Neighborhood and to Westlake Elementary School. Improvements include construction of ADA compliant sidewalk, driveway approaches, curb ramps, and pedestrian crossing enhancements.
There are five locations where improvements will be constructed. See the map below.
